Job Summary

We are looking for a sharp administrator to provide leadership support and keep the office running smoothly and efficiently. In this role, you will be required to oversee administrative and clerical activities; greet and direct office visitors; collect, organize, and retrieve information and documents; and make arrangements for meetings.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:
• Serve as liaison between CEO/Medical Director, medicalstaff and other department heads.
• Responsible for the day-to-day operational activities ofthe Clinic under the direct supervision of the CEO
• Responsible for the submission of weekly and monthlyreports to Management
• Assist with recruitment, consenting, screening, andenrolment of personnel.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation of patientvisits.
• Authorize... admissions/treatment as per agreed protocols.
• Ensure that stock levels are adequate and orders are madeon time.

• Critical thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solvingskills.
• Great attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
• Superb organizational, administrative, and planning skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and react effectively toemergency situations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and IT skills.
• Passionate about clinical excellence.
• Good knowledge of medical terminology
