Randstad Professionals is the brand of Randstad Group focused in the recruitment of Middle & Top Management.
Our client is a Multinacional Company focused on the energy sector and they are looking for an Office Manager.
Overseeing facilities management, ensuring a smooth day at the office;
Managing contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease;
General administrative support to key functions, namely to the C-levels, People and IT areas;
Organizing company events and meetings;
Ordering stationery and coordinate with IT area on all office equipment;
Responsible for general office administration, implementing and maintaining procedures/office
Providing general support to visitors;
Responsible for creating PowerPoint slides and making presentations;
Responsible for ensuring office financial objectives are met by preparing annual budget for the office,
planning the expenditures, analyzing... variances, and carrying out necessary corrections that may arise;
Maintaining a safe, secure, and pleasant work environment.
Minimum 5 years of directly applicable professional experience;
Portuguese (native) and fluent in English (mandatory), other languages would be a plus;
Always act with integrity and equity, in full compliance with processes and regulations;
Empathic and collaborate easily in a multi-cultural environment;
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Excel and Outlook, in particular);
Vendors contractual clauses know-how and negotiation skills;
ISO framework know-how is a plus;
Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
A dynamic, goal oriented, and open-minded personality who is used to work autonomously in an
Willingness to travel abroad to support responsibilities and to bridge the time gap between US and Europe or
Europe and Asia, as may be required.
