Are our new Product Manager – Sales Enablement?
Locations: Umeå, Solna, Espoo, Oslo
In the role as Product manager at Siemens Financial Services (SFS), you will be responsible for our global core IT system used by Sales on Nordic level. You play an essential role for the systems upgrade/change, where you monitor, govern, and align all stakeholders and processes. You aim at increasing business value by using IT, understanding the Sales and business needs and ensuring that the IT solutions meet the requirements of the business.
You will lead digitalization/IT projects and ensure project success regarding all defined project targets. Further, you will lead the digital/IT product development to ensure value creation for our customers and colleagues.
What are your responsibilities?
Project & Product Leadership: Being a visible lead from a Nordic standpoint, align and challenging others on Nordic needs at all arenas, local and global. You ensure that the... system supports the Nordic business processes and prioritize the needs of Sales.
Relationship management : Understand and embrace the requirements and expectations of all stakeholders globally and locally, driving local Nordic IT changes and projects. Using effective involvement strategies to gain acceptance of ideas and commitment to actions. Creating and executing influencing strategies.
Ownership: Be proactive in identifying issues & opportunities, ensure its ownership and facilitate its resolution/development in a timely and efficient manner. Translating strategic priorities into operational reality and concrete actions. Establishing an action plan to complete work efficiently and on time. Ensuring follow-through of plan.
Engagement: Be on top of all developments within the project including technical topics / platform / process issues etc. Be active in major areas and positively drive the project forward. Developing and leveraging relationships within/ across teams/ work groups to achieve results; Initiating and maintaining strategic relationships with stakeholders and potential partners to advance business goals.
Who you are
•You thrive in an international environment and contributes to the business by an innovative approach with focus on the business.
•You are used to work in a matrix organization with many stakeholders and hold the course in your initiatives and projects all the way through to fulfilment.
•You are good at and used to producing and presenting clear business cases to management.
•You probably have experience from a similar role in a larger company or from a consultancy where you have been the link between a local and a global level between IT and business.
•You have knowledge and experience in current IT innovations in the financial services and leasing industry is an advantage.
•As a person, you are very structured and a good communicator, both verbally and in writing in English. Other Nordic language is a big advantage.
•You have work permit in the preferred location
