Visión general y principales funciones
Estamos buscando un Analista De Crédito Y Cobranzas para unirse a nuestro equipo.
Con sede en Ciudad de Santiago de Chile, reportando al Jefe de Administración y Finanzas, usted será... responsable de la gestión de la Cobranza Local y Extranjera, detectar desviaciones en los flujos de cobranzas presupuestados, informar en forma diaria de los ingresos logrados y llevar un catastro de los clientes pendientes, tener registro de contacto de clientes, la contabilización oportuna de los registros de cuentas por cobrar, la emisión y custodia de documentos tributarios y mantenimiento actualizado de la documentación de clientes.
Principales **Responsabilidades**:
Contabilización de ingresos en forma correcta y oportuna.
Emisión diaria de facturas, notas de crédito y débito productos de las ventas efectuadas, cierre de libro de ventas y cuadre con el SII.
Reportería establecida mensual, con base a análisis del estado de las cobranzas y morosidades.
Seguimiento de la correcta recepción y aceptación de las facturas emitidas logrando establecer un listado mensual de las facturas rechazadas e informar y tomar acciones para el logro de la facturación aceptada final.
Seguimiento a la cobranza diaria de los clientes nacionales y afiliadas.
Conciliación bancaria y contabilización de ingresos por ventas.
Seguimiento y limpieza de la cartera morosa apoyándose en el auxiliar de C&C. Acordar y coordinar reuniones periódicas con diferentes clientes estratégicos para lograr afianzar lazos y estar al tanto de sus modalidades y contactos de recaudación.
¿A quién buscamos?
Buscamos un Contador Auditor(o carrera afín):
- 2 a 5 años de experiência en cargos relacionados.
- Manejo de MS Office nível medio.
- SAP nível medio.
- Experiência con manejo de cartera de clientes
- Excelente comunicación, resolución de problemas y gestión de tiempo
- Alto nível de precisión, eficiencia y responsabilidad
- Capacidad para construir relaciones con clientes y departamentos internos
Team overview and job responsibilities
We are looking for a Credit & Collections Analyst to join our team.
Based in the City of Santiago de Chile, reporting to the Head of Administration and Finance, you will be responsible for managing Local and Foreign Collections, detecting deviations in the budgeted collection flows, reporting on a daily basis the income achieved and keeping a registration of pending clients, keeping a record of client contact, timely posting of accounts receivable records, issuance and custody of tax documents and up-to-date maintenance of client documentation.
Main Responsibilities
Posting of income in a correct and timely manner.
Daily issuance of invoices, credit and debit notes, products of the sales made, closing of the sales book and balance with the SII.
Established monthly reporting, based on analysis of the status of collections and delinquencies.
Follow-up of the correct reception and acceptance of the invoices issued, establishing a monthly list of rejected invoices and reporting and taking actions to achieve the final accepted billing.
Monitoring of the daily collection of national clients and affiliates.
Bank reconciliation and sales revenue accounting.
Follow-up and cleaning of the delinquent portfolio supported by the C&C assistant. Agree and coordinate regular meetings with different strategic clients to strengthen ties and be aware of their collection methods and contacts.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Financial Accountant (related career), with the following skills and motivations:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in related positions.
- Management of MS Office intermediate level.
- SAP medium level.
- Experience with clients aging report
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management system
- High level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability
- Ability to build relationships with clients and internal departments
