Pozisyon As the Spanish Diabetes Care Afilliate Finance Manager, you will be a key member of the Affiliate Leadership Team and the North Western Europe Canada Finance team. Define in collaboration with business leaders the strategic direction of the organization Oversee the local finance & accounting function, ensuring adherence to Roche Group Accounting (FGA), local accounting standards, tax and customs Finance Leadership including commercial finance Oversee all financial aspects of company strategy and is responsible for the flow of financial information to the General Manager/Head of Cluster Finance, leadership team and external parties where required. Operational Involvement in reporting and closing therefore a hands on mentality and knowledge of SAP and reporting systems would be beneficial Owns full responsibility for local financial performance by delivering financial commitments (sales/costs/operating profit/net working capital) to optimize short term performance and long term growth Guides and supports business in meeting short (annual) to long term (3 year) goals by providing relevant financial and non-financial information and business insights at the right time and quality and to the right people (‘business planning process’) ensures integrity and reliability of financial statements of the company, including the Balance Sheet, Income Statement, Business Statement and Cash Flow Statement among others. serves as an interface with colleagues from DIA (Roche Diagnostics) and RSS (Roche Service Solutions) for transactional finance processes Be a partner of the enterprise risks and opportunity framework as well as ensuring and supporting enterprise integrity Business Operations Leads the local Order Management team and works closely with the Cluster Finance Business Operations team (Order to Cash Process) Liaison with Supply Chain & IT regarding process and KPIs Representing Supply Chain & IT on the level of LT Increase transparency of / support implementation of commercial IT projects Education - Minimum a professional Accounting qualification (CPA, CA, ACA, CIMA) - Fluent in Spanish and English & communication skills seen as a big plus - Possess understanding of the International Financial Accounting Rules Experience - Minimum 7 years of finance experience and experience as a people leader with strong preference in the Commercial environment.
