As a team member of the Fliway Human Resources team, you will coordinate activities, programs and initiatives. This includes supporting on all aspects... of the employee lifecycle such as onboarding and offboarding, performance reviews, engagement, and culture. The Human Resources Coordinator will also support the Senior HR Advisor in rolling out the People Strategy.
What will you be doing?
Providing Recruitment solutions including advertising/sourcing candidates, confirming position descriptions, recruitment and selection activities, interviewing, reference checking and supporting onboarding activities for new team members
Providing coordination and administrative support in areas of learning & development, payroll, recruitment and ER functions
Ensuring HR processes are efficiently implemented
Coordinating with HR and H&S team on activating activities/programs for the annual Wellbeing Planner
Qualifications:
This role will suit a people person with attention to detail and the ability to provide solutions and think outside of the box. You will have;
Understanding of New Zealand Immigration and Employment legislation is an advantage
Strong time management and organisational skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook etc)
Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
