To compile project budgets & co- ordinate construction professionals and teams together to complete bespoke turnkey projects in a franchise environment to the highest level of expectation of the company Key Responsibilities Preparing Feasibility studies and budgets for the groups proposed projects. Preparing BOQ-s and other tender documentation toacquire fair and equitable tenders for projects. Negotiating building contracts. Drafting contract documents. Monitoring costs and reporting to Development Manager during design and construction of projects. Determining final costs of projects. Planning & Project Management - Planning and site management for a minimum of one market. Local Council, Contract Insurance & H&S; compliance - Assist in local council approvals, inspections and sign offs... Ensuring Project Insurance & Health and Safety is adhered to on site as required by the company and local council regulations
