JOB SUMMARY:
We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about company products and the clients they serve.
Primary responsibilities of this role include the following: Serve as the primary relationship owner for an assigned group of top tier client accounts with responsibility for retention and growth of client wallet share owned by East West. Ensure clients derive maximum value from our services and are regularly exposed to additional services offered within the expanding East West ecosystem. Prepare implementation plans and lead client on-boarding, present content strategy, annual plan, and quarterly revenue/margin forecast updates. Work closely with clients to identify needs including content approval workflows and consult on best practices for solutions and setup. The successful candidate will build long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with their contacts, always striving to find the services which best fit the individual needs of the client and East West’s capabilities. This role is not responsible for prospecting or finding new customers. Monitor working capital requirements and financial exposure of all owned client accounts to minimize East West financial risk. Ensure that EW legal requirements (e.g., inventory agreements, MSAs, etc.) are satisfied.
Prepare and deliver effective client presentations (such as Quarterly Business Reviews), including stakeholders at all levels of the organization up to C-Suite. Ensure a deep enough understanding of clients' individual experiences to head off potential issues before they become problems.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manage multiple accounts; develop positive working relationships with all customer touch points
· Drive client retention, renewals, upsells and client satisfaction
· Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain product value
· Work closely with Customer Account Analysts (CAAs) on day-to-day operational processes to ensure that customer requirements are met
· Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign
· Partner with internal NPI team and factories on customer programs
· Collecting and analyzing data to learn more about customer behavior
· Acting as a client advocate with a focus on improving the buyer experience
· Keeping accurate records pertaining to customer programs, pricing, inventory, and account notes
· Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services
· Resolving complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
· Identifying industry trends
· Monitor excess/obsolete inventory levels, material purchasing pipeline, and A/R to ensure reasonable risk exposure.
· Maintain quarterly forecasts for each owned client account
· Lead the annual budgeting process for each owned client account and monitor revenue/margin levels, adjusting as necessary.
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business
• Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations
• Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
• Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task and manage dynamic priorities.
• Excellent active listening skills.
• A focus on relationships, able to gain trust through communication, expectation setting and completion of planned deliverables
• Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
• Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
• Ability to quickly learn and absorb the East West service offering and communicate these services effectively to client accounts.
• 5 years in sales, account management or engineering role with direct customer interaction (B2B preferred).
• Strong working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM experience highly preferred
• Some domestic travel required (~10%)
• Practical budgeting and forecasting experience strongly preferred
