The data scientist is a front runner and does not only support by applying standard methodologies of machine learning and statistics but rather has a creative mind to develop new products. About the role: Work together with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions.Proactively propose solutions and strategies to business challenges.Conduct analysis of complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will drive business decisions related to... product development, marketing efforts and business strategies.Build predictive models using advanced statistical techniques and machine learning algorithms to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting and other business outcomes.Write clear and concise documentation of processing approaches and results.Monitor and analyze model performance and accuracy.Communicate results and insights to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.3+ years of experience in data science with a focus on statistical modelling, machine learning, and predictive analytics.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and/or R.Experience in creating and using advanced machine learning algorithms and statistics: regression, simulation, scenario analysis, modelling, clustering, decision trees, neural networks, etc.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take initiative.Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Nice to have: Experience in the gaming industry, specifically mobile games will be an advantage.
