A reputable Real Estate Company requires the services of a Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities
• Developing and implementing Sales Strategies that ensure attainment of sales targets
• Running of the Sales Office
• Acting as key point of contact for company clients
• Maintaining good relations with corporate and individual clients
• Negotiating the terms of agreement and closing sales deals
• Undertaking market research and customer satisfaction surveys
• Preparing Sales budgets and reports
• Maintaining database of leads & regular follow up

Qualification Required & Experience
• A Bachelors Degree in Business Studies (marketing emphasis is a plus)
• A Masters Degree will be an added advantage
• Previous experience in a similar position is preferred
• Must have a good understanding of the Real Estate market in Ghana
• A pleasant disposition and strong interpersonal skills capable of building strong relationships easily
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
• Good Sales... acumen and excellent marketing & negotiation skills
