We’re seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, and maintaining relationships with existing clients. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the market and industry trends

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field in Design or Creative Field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong client relationships in Advertising or other Creative Related Fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to travel, if necessary

Compensation

This position offers a competitive base salary that covers internet and transportation for the first year, and a contractual 10% – 20% commission on all projects brought in.
