Job Description
• Effective capability building programs on site
• Role based training per each role on the shop floor, focusing on... required technical skills
• Implementation of effective and efficient training methods and knowledge transfer that best fits the target audiences’ needs
• Effective onboarding programs.

Qualifications
• Experience as Project Manager
• Experience in comunications is a plus
• Experience as training manager for more than 5 years.
• Level advanced in english.
