Your role is to create and optimize a sustainable experience that nets more long-term engaged users. You must bring design at the very start of the growth process, learning the ropes along the way. You must have a clear understanding of the business goals and user behavior.

Core responsibilities: Translates concepts into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that lead to intuitive user... experiences Facilitates the product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing experiences for digital products Designs and delivers low to mid-fidelity wireframes, user stories, and user journeys, optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces Identifies design problems and devises elegant solutions Makes strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new functions and features Takes a user-centered design approach and rapidly tests and iterates current designs Asks smart questions, takes risks, and champions new ideas Proactively looks at ways to optimize the process and the product Collaborates with developers in aligning visual designs with mobile and web functionalities

Keeps track of advancements in UX design, technologies and applications, as well as industry trends Competencies: A bachelor's degree in Information Design, Interaction Design, Multimedia, Graphic Design, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or related field 2+ years of relevant work experience in creating and implementing UX strategy, UI design, or related work A strong grasp of product thinking and ecosystems, interaction, visual design & customer empathy A strong technical background Advanced knowledge in building design systems Advanced experience in creating user journeys/flows, wireframes, and prototypes Experience in UX testing and design research and analysis Design craftsmanship and quality assurance Hard skills needed to design with intent and purpose (experience in design to development handoff is a BIG plus!) Proficiency in using Figma and FigJam or any design platform Make Your Passion
