• Execution of mould maintenance before, during and after production;
• Understand the production plan, maintain the mould in time according to the priorities, and be responsible for the results and follow up;
• Carefully do the inspection work, follow up the use and production status of the mould, find problems in time, and solve them in time;
• Responsible for handling abnormal mould in production;
• Complete daily mould maintenance work to ensure that production needs are met;
• Responsible for the acceptance of new mould transfer；
• Mould maintenance, after maintenance effect follow-up;
• Maintenance and update of mould list;
• Actively participate in proposals to improve; find ways to improve the service life of the mould, improve the quality of products and reduce the damage caused by the mould;
• Responsible to handle technical job task and others tasks ordered by superior.

Skills Required:
• Ability on mould fabrication, service and repair Skill .
• Familiar with DFM, UG, 3D... Software which applicable on mould design software
• Require strong technical knowledge on plastic mould structure & fabrication
• Ability to analyse problem.
