JOB DUCK IS HIRING AN ACCOUNTING ASSISTANT

Job Duck is a virtual staffing company that matches candidates to work from home for a single U.S.-based business, usually a law firm.

A finance assistant is responsible for the day-to-day tasks in the finance department. They are responsible for ensuring that the organization has its bookkeeping in order for budgets and taxes.

The starting salary is USD 900.

Duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

•Entering financial data into the system.
•Updating financial records.
•Maintaining financial policies throughout the company.
•Maintaining client accounts based on payment and contract information.
•Supporting monthly payroll procedures and keeping organized records.
•Assisting other departments with Finance inquiries.
•Supporting other Finance team members with their tasks.
