About the position

We are looking for a detail-oriented individual to join our team in Latvia as a Marketing Manager. In close cooperation with the product teams and the local sales colleagues, Marketing Manager will be... responsible for Consumer Electronic brands in Baltics.

Key functions
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns across all offline / online channels in Baltics and adapt already created content for the local market (Print, Web, Social etc.).
• Prepare and observe the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely, ensuring they are cost-effective and aligned with overall business objectives.
• Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Work with the other marketing teams, vendors, other internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and activities, and use data to make informed decisions on future marketing efforts.
• Identify potential target markets and customer segments, as well as gather insights on industry trends and competitive activity.

Qualification and skills
• At least 3+ years of experience within the field of marketing.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills and "can-do" attitude.
• Knowledge of commonly used tools for marketing like Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Tag manager, Mailchimp etc.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills in Latvian, Russian and English.
• B category driving license would be considered an advantage.
