MagicLinen is a quickly growing international e-commerce brand specializing in bespoke linen home textiles and clothing. Our clothing items have been seen on celebrities like Meghan Markle, and our bedding has been covered and praised in many international, well-known media outlets.

We are looking for an experienced Email Marketing Manager to join our team and help growing our brand to the next level.

What you will do:
• Take care of Email & SMS communication, including content and automatizations;
• Identify different customer segments & tailor communication according to their needs;
• Continuously grow customer database, ensuring compliance with data protection policies;
• Develop loyalty and referral programs;
• Together with Customer Support team, monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels;
• Take overall responsibility for increasing the number of Returning customers, measuring effectiveness and success of campaigns and activities & looking for new ways to grow it.

• Excellent English writing, editing, and proofreading skills;
• Experience working with Email and SMS marketing;
• Great analytical skills, ability to make sense of data and provide actionable insights;
• Willingness to take ownership, initiative, work together with the team and autonomously.
