Key Qualifications: 3+ years of semiconductor/MEMS/Display backend process and with packaging or electrical/optical testing experience. Experiences on equipment HW/SW is plus. Understanding on process integration (wafer or panel process) is a plus. Good command on skills of data... collection, analysis, and characterization. Description: Your role is to set up and sustain smooth operation on new innovative assembly/testing technologies. You will run and troubleshoot newly developed tools, analyze the output data, and need to work closely with multiple teams to respond to process requirements.
