DESCRIPTION OF FUNCTIONS:

1. Preparation of Project Cost Proposal
• Prepares project cost proposal for Electrical and Auxilliary works
• Conducts project ocular inspection and attends pre-construction meetings to identify project scope.

2. Preparation of Approved Project Budget
• Prepares PCCD Controlled estimates as basis for the reconciliation of approved project budget (APD) For Electrical and Auxilliary works
• Facilitates reconciliation of APB Electrical and Auxilliary works

3. Development of Cost Database
• Regularly updates material and labor costs.

4. Others
• Preparation of other estimated related services
• Provide assistance in other works as the need arises

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must be a Graduate of Electrical Engineering (Preferably Licensed)
• At-least 2years or more related work experience
• Above average analytical skills and attention to detail
• Holds self and others accountable
• Team player and collaborative
