Therapist LSW/LPC - OneFifteen

The Therapist II is a dependently licensed therapist that serves as a member of the multidisciplinary team and is responsible for performing initial and on-going diagnostic assessments; developing individualized service plans; providing clinical treatment, behavior interventions, SUD case management, consultation, and prevention education services to community site staff, patients and their family members and referral sources. The Therapist II is expected to contribute to the substance abuse services team's achieving established productivity standards and assist in developing and implementing program improvements. Services may take place via telehealth or in-person at the clinic, in the community, or in the patient's home.

Education

Minimum Level of Education Required: Master's Degree

Additional requirements:

Type of degree: Master's Degree required in Social Work, Counseling or related field

Area of study or major: Social Work, Counseling or related field

Licensure/Certification/Registration

Licensed in the state of Ohio as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Social Worker (LSW) with CCDC/LCDC credentials or a scope of practice in chemical dependency or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Experience

Minimum Level of Experience Required: 1 - 3 years of job-related experience

Preferred experience:

Training and experience in the types of services provided by the team, with age appropriate competency, using the Diagnostic and Statistical manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-V or subsequent revisions
