Searching for a highly experienced UX/UI designer to join a scaling Irish start-up. You will be the point of contact for the UX design process within the company. You will work directly with the product owners and developers to create and maintain the UX process for the new product. In this role, you will have opportunity to grow your design team out, headhunting and hiring the best design team. For the initial months of the role, it will be fast paced and hands on.

Responsibilities:
• Work directly with product owners and developers.
• Strategise the end-to-end design process.
• Utilise wireframes, prototypes, sketches, user flows etc to create and convey your design ideas.
• Drive process from initial research to polished UI designs
• Ideate on larger, future state designs for the company roadmap
•... Grow the design team out

Requirements:
• 5+ years in a similar background
• Lead the end-to-end process of design
• Worked on SaaS products
• Experience in a range of design and prototyping software experience
• Experience leading or building design teams.
