Your Mission:

We are hiring a highly motivated Senior UX Designer to join our team in Porto or Sligo (this is not remote). You will work closely with our International Product Development team to influence the product roadmap based on your insights. What... you'll do:
• Responsible for the end-to-end UX process within our enterprise product(s) alongside your UX teammates
• Collaborate closely with the product development processes and responsible for usability and design of the software products.
• Contribute to mature design systems including component design, documentation and education.
• Provide global support to the product owners and the software developers.
• Ability to run product discovery workshops
• Actively contribute to our design culture (e.g. thought leadership for UX and technology trends, skills, share work and feedback, participate in discussions, etc.
• Guide and mentor junior UX designers
• Partner with our Product Owners
• Perform user testing

What we're looking for:
• 7+ years professional experience in UX Design
• Expert in User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) design principles
• Strong communication, collaboration and creative problem-solving skills
• At least 2 years experience designing web and mobile applications and knowledge of technologies such as HTML and CSS.
• Understand how to integrate business and technology goals with user needs into innovative design solutions
• Ability to work though ambiguity and multiple priorities; self-motivated, directed, and independent
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication/people skills
• A team player with a can-do attitude who will enjoy working with and as part of a global winning team.
