My globally recognised multinational firm requires a Senior Product Designer (UI/ UX) to join their growing team. All applicants must include a portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
• Lead by example in terms of innovating and implementing fantastic consumer and user centric designs
• Head a team of UI/ UX designers and manage both the strategic planning and innovation around particular product designs
• Communicate effectively between team members and other departments
• Remain up to date with technological advancements in the product design area
• Efficiently process, understand, and implement design recommendations
• Present informative propositions to various departments which can provide concise updates on technical, financial and deadline information
• Collaborate with Senior and Junior members of product development/ product owner and manage both colleague and consumer expectations
Experience Required
• 5+ years of technical design experience
• Experience in a Senior Role preferred... but not essential
• An impressive UI/ UX portfolio showcasing up-to-date professional work
• Experience in an Agile/ Scrum environment
• A portfolio showcasing strong professional UX/UI capabilities
• A proven talent and love for UX/ UI, Design and Research
• Experience and knowledge with design fundamentals
• A self-starter with the ability to integrate seamlessly into and inspire a team
Educational Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree from a recognised Third Level Institute
