Job Description:

A- Planning and Budgeting
- Assists the CEO to lead the performance management process that measures and evaluates progress against goals (i.e. actual against budget) for the organization;
- Assists the CEO to develop annual budget for Board approval;
- Assists the CEO to advise, coach, train, and provides for all staff a strong day-to-day leadership presence; bridge SCS and its subsidiaries operations and support an open-door policy among all staff;
- Advises on coaching, training and provides to lead and manage the organization’s team members, those who have the following responsibilities: architectural and interior design development, site development, raises local funds, build local fund raising and sales.
B- Architectural Interior Design Management
- Represents the organization as the in-house Architectural Interior Design Director who will be in charge of overseeing all retail interior design concepts, monitors the staff and controls delivery and post-delivery... of projects for the Company and its subsidiaries;

Specific roles, duties and responsibilities are;
• Identifies relevant codes and standards of practice and creates a practical system of using them; Supervises and mentors all professional staff including mechanicals, engineers, etc;
• Monitors all design concepts, measurements and oversee delivery, and post-delivery activities;
• Identifies, verifies and protects company property including Intellectual Property;
• Coordinates with consultants, contractors, suppliers dealing with design and on site issues;
• Carries out design and construction under controlled conditions including work instructions and use of standard work methods; Prepares business presentations and organizes meetings with senior staff;
• Creates specifications and selects materials for construction;
• Reviews standard contracts for consultants and contractors.
• Development Program for Retail Architectural and Interior Design Management for/to train Company staff, retail shop owner, and vendor;
• Develops and implements the systems for reporting, measurement and supporting local generation, retail shop owner, vendor, and others.
C- Performs ad-hoc assignments from time to time.

Job Requirement:
- Master Degree/Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other related field.
- Minimum 7 years experience in related field.
- Management and leadership skill;
- Excellent communication skill both written and verbal; excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative management style;
- Persuasion and conflict resolution skills;
- Strategic and analytical still;
- English Proficiency; Chinese is a plus;
- MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Result-orientated self-starter and high energy; able to work independently but also a strong team- player; dependable and organized;
- Excellent interpersonal and ability to deal with multiple tasks effectively and establish priorities;
- Ability to work independently combined with a strong collaborative style of communication;
- Creative and innovative approach to solving problems;
- Have a natural instinct for business and management
