Job Vacancy: Lead Process Engineer

The Process Engineer's primary responsibilities include planning, managing, and overseeing all elements of production in CRU. Assess and analyze current production methods, develop, and draft an improved production process. Provide technical support to the entire CRU team. Design and implement cost-reductive changes, and maximize the productivity of machinery and people. Follow product specifications and quality control measures. Determine which machines, tools, equipment, etc. will be used and where they will be stationed in the facility. Train, supervise, and manage production line workers. Increase speed and efficiency of processes without compromising quality. Develop and implement process/production control measures that effectively monitor products and guarantee desired results. Ensure all steps of the production run smoothly and efficiently in compliance with EHS regulations and procedures. The Job Holder develops and implements metallurgical... practices and processing parameters for production operations to ensure conformity to customer specifications and requirements. Passes final disposition on materials that do not conform to standards.
