Your mission

Main task is the supervision and project-related support of our Board members
Primary contact person for national and international business partners
Preparing and editing presentations and correspondence in German and English
Receiving, prioritising and communicating information in coordination with board members
Particularly in the absence of the board members, you are the contact person for the line and staff functions in our company
Organisation, preparation and following up on Supervisory Board meetings, meetings and events in which the Executive Board is involved
General secretarial tasks, such as coordinating appointments, following up on action plans and internal projects, travel management and travel expense reports, etc.

Your profile

Successfully completed commercial training or studies with several years of experience in a comparable position
Team player with... a high level of motivation and a structured and solution-oriented approach to work
High level of commitment, ability to work under pressure, reliability, organisational strength and intercultural communication skills
Strong service mentality and service orientation
Confident and eloquent business communication in German and English, and experience in an international environment an advantage
Excellent handling of current MS Office applications
