Key responsibilities...

- Work with clients and correspond with opposing counsel

- Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department

- Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents

- Analyze and summarize legal documents

Requirements

- Ability to thrive in a high-paced environment, requiring exceptional organizational skills, juggling client matters, and adhering to strict deadlines

- Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills

- Excellent written/verbal communication and organizational skills

- Detailed and have the ability work independently

- Above-average academic credentials and references

- Real Estate Brokerage experience highly desired

- Zoning, planning and land use experience

- Real estate law experience

- General familiarity with Real Estate Firm

- Practical knowledge of Licensed Attorney

- Real Estate Appraisal experience preferred

- Demonstrated knowledge of Real Estate Finance

- Adeptness in Real Estate Contracts

- Title real estate experience

- Licensed attorney
