The Turing Tavern, a new 100 seat bar and restaurant opening in Inman Square in Cambridge, is seeking a Bar Manager to join our team. We are looking for an experienced manager to oversee all aspects of the front of house. This will be a hands on position. You will be responsible for creating your own team and will oversee the beverage program.

Responsibilities...

Suggest and create new drinks menu
Verify all drink consistency, quality and standards.
Bartend some nights per week.
Manage the FOH crew.
Order liquor and supplies, maintaining proper inventory.
Stay within budget with staff and food cost.

Further job requirements are strong leadership and communication skills, great problem solving skills, and an ability to multitask and create solutions. You should be in tune with the current food and beverage scene and trends and have a flair for presentation. A knowledge of the Toast POS system, inventory control and great personality is also of importance.
