CONTEXT

As part of our growth, Anywr is currently hiring a Business Development Consultant (full-time contract) to join our young and dedicated team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

MISSIONS

As part of Vietnam team and under the direction of Country Manager - Vietnam, your main tasks consist of:
• Conduct market... research and make recommendations on the implementation of the existing business model
• Identify, research, and build long-term relationships with new and existing clients, identify opportunities for cross-sell and up-sell
• Promote the company’s services addressing clients’ objectives
• Negotiate, prepare, finalize, and follow up the end-to-end contract process with clients
• Working with our recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery to our clients
• Analyze, collect, and communicate market needs and trends
• Update the database in the internal system, following established processes

About you
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administrative, or related fields
• 2 - 3 years of similar experience in recruitment consultancy/executive search field
• Proven sales track record
• Excellent networking skill, customer service, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Strategic mindset, autonomous, and result oriented
• Excellent time management and planning skills
• Good market knowledge
• Good English communication skills, speaking French is a big plus
• Excellent skills of Microsoft office tools
