Vacancy MANAGER, MECHANICAL & ELECTRICAL
Description
This role will be responsible to manage the mechanical and electrical services on the site and to supervise and coordinate M & E works of projects assigned to meet construction time, schedule and budgets.
Tasks & Responsibilities
1. To report to superior on matters regarding implementation results and feedback on task as assigned.
• To assist superior in setting up proper operating system for the properties which is contracted to manage.
• To assist superior in implementing the Quality Management System.
• To provide support and advisory roles to respective Building Head pertaining to building maintenance.
• To advise on cost of maintenance including preparing cost projection on the maintenance.
• To execute regular audit to ensure Quality Management Systems are successfully implemented.
• To provide an advisory roles to respective Project Department Head pertaining to the building design.
• To provide coaching, guidance and... feedback to staff in view of their work performance and channel the information to the superior.
• To carry out any other duties as and when instructed by the Management from time to time.

Education
Degree holder in Mechanical Engineering/ Electrical Experience
Minimum 7 years working experience (including 2 years in managerial role
Kuala Lumpur Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur Malaysia
