The ideal candidate is expected to display a proven track record of leading by example in a similar role in the past. Motivated Assistant Managers wishing to progress their careers may also be suitable.
• Responsible for complete management of the store with a focus on operational compliance, customer service, staff management, productivity, and growth.
• Stock purchase and inventory management.
• Understanding aspects of restaurant profitability in order to bring about improvements.
• Efficient in-store costumer service and speedy handling of online orders.
• Recruitment, training, rostering and motivating staff.
• Weekly reporting relating with time sheets, wages, inventory management.
• Cash management and banking.
• Maintain a positive morale and... enjoyable working environment.

Skills/experiences Required

>At least 3 years of relevant work experience.

>Advance computer literacy.

Position: Full-time

Salary offered: $58,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year.
