The Mantra Club Croc , located in idyllic Airlie Beach, has undergone major works that has turned it into an iconic holiday destination. Join us in creating a wonderful experience for guests in our 160 rooms, bistro style restaurant, conference centre, pool dining area and manicured grounds. And on your days off, there’s the incredibly beautiful Whitehaven beach on your doorstep.

We are seeking passionate and driven individual to take on the role of Restaurant Manager.

As our next Restaurant Manager, you will:

Run the front of house operations during busy service periods and events
Be up to date on current industry trends surrounding the Food & Beverage, Hospitality, and Food Industries
Roster and work alongside your team and motivate them to deliver the best results
Be responsible for recruitment, team development & the resourcing of the department

What we are looking for:

An excellent and advanced communicator with well-developed stakeholder management who can... maintain professionalism in all situations
The ability to balance multiple priorities and act with a sense of urgency, whilst remaining calm under pressure
The possession of a valid RSA and/or RMLV
5-star hotel background as a Supervisor/Manager in a food service field
Someone who is exceptionally organised, with the ability to prioritise in order to meet allocated timelines and budgets
The ability to work a flexible roster including mornings, evenings, weekends and public holidays
Someone who has strong values of respect, kindness and caring for all
