We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced digital learning professional to lead the development of our digital learning system provision here at South West London and St George’s Mental Health Trust. This is an exciting time to join the learning and development team in this newly created role, as we commence a new phase within our people strategy.

Our new colleague will have an in-depth knowledge of the COMPASS learning system and be responsible for its future development and maintenance, along with experience in creating learning content and managing a Totara platform. You will need to be comfortable working collaboratively with subject matter experts who may need support with eLearning design so being able to establish positive relationships and share your expertise at a range of levels is paramount.

To provide digital expertise and administrative management to the Learning and Development provision to ensure all colleagues can access appropriate learning opportunities to maintain their professional competence and compliance. This will include overall responsibility for the trust-wide Learning Management System (LMS) COMPASS and the Totara platform to design and host training programmes, the development of e-learning modules and the management of learning accounts and training records.
