In The Frame Of The Sonic Bay Project In Indonesia, The Jobholder Is Part Of Joint Venture Between Eramet And BSAF In Order To
• Being a Mandarin interpreter in the company that represents multicultural and diversity, where you will be working with multiple stakeholders.
• You will be expected to have the skills to understand nuances of various cultures in which interpreted languages are spoken and must be fluent in at least two languages (Mandarin and English) in addition to Indonesian language.
• You are responsible to translate the information from Mandarin language to another (English & Indonesia) and assisting for various meetings and events.
• The position requires you to build and maintain good relationships with the stakeholders. You will also demonstrate an aptitude for efficiency, problem-solving, and resourcefulness, with a deep commitment to the bottom line without compromising quality.
• A translator can work with a variety of users who have... different needs. Work might include translation services for event speakers, translating conversations between two or more individuals, and translating documents, or instruction.

Major Responsibilities / Outputs
• Provide translation services to assist the Departments with related duties such as communicating in Chinese and English.
• Become the translator for various meetings, events, and interviews.
• Translate business documents, agreements, contracts for services
• Assist multiple teams and departments in successful real-time communication.
• Processing/Coordinating confidential information related to business and management
• Other related work assigned by the Director if necessary

Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Mandarin Literature/Language is a must
• At least 3 year(s) working experience as a Translator, Interpreter, or similar role in Mining/Construction/EPC industry
• Fluency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Indonesia is a must.
• Have HSK certification, preferably HSK 5 or above (if not, also welcome to apply)
• Excellent proofreading skills with the ability to identify grammar, spelling, and punctuation errors
• Time-management skills
• Good in translation and interpreting
• Responsible, self-motivated, attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to fast-paced work.
• This position will be placed in Halmahera, with roster schedule
