About Job

The Business Development Head and CEO will be the direct supervisors of the proposal writer/BDS manager, who will be in charge of delivering the following services:
• As a reaction to RFPs, RFAs, CfPs, and EoIs, draft project proposals.
• Create technical and financial proposals, idea notes, and any other necessary supporting documents.
• Look for possible business prospects, identify them, and hold pre-bid conferences.
• Developing ties with funders, embassies, the international community, national NGOs, and INGOs in Afghanistan.
• Perform any additional tasks related to proposal writing. Organization development, too.
• Develop a strategic strategy to accomplish organizational goals by analyzing the underlying causes of organizational issues and recommending appropriate remedial measures.
• Create best practices to enhance the efficiency and... performance of your business.
• Create a supportive and goal-oriented work atmosphere for your staff, and create team-building activities to maintain consistency and integrity throughout your teams.
• To support and implement new initiatives and to keep up with organizational growth trends, build a change management program. Create efficient strategic planning techniques and management reporting, and update, enhance, and improve current data and information formatting and analysis procedures.
• Improve organizational structure, strategy, policies, and practices by standards and norms.
• Consider, support, and record suggestions for technological advancement and additional software development choices.
• As you prepare your outreach and communication papers, support the communication unity.
• Support the senior management team (SMT) in the overall project component implementation and any other responsibilities.
