• Provide assistance to Planning Manager on delivering coordinated shop drawings.
• Act as leader for BIM coordinator/modeller;
• Coordination and management of both internal and external with consultants & sub-constractors.
• Assess shop drawings, RFI & misc. submittals and obtain the approval from consultants;
• Liaise with other disciplines to resolve design and construction issues;
• Attend meetings, documentation and ad hoc duties.
• Knowledge of construction methods, design codes and authorities requirements
• With basic BIM modelling knowledge and certification is an advantage.
• Min. 5-7 years’ as a Structural Engineer or similar field; experience working in the construction field (building works).
• Experience in large scale & fast track project.
