YOUR NEW JOB

• Will provide remote Service Level 1 (in some cases Level 2) support for various applications and technologies

• Support will be provided to two customers (EU public agencies)

• Support will be provided mostly via ticketing system, rarely via phone. All communication is in English

• Working on two shifts 8:30 – 17:00 and 11:00 – 19:30 Monday – Friday (no on-calls, no weekend support)

• Possibility to work from the office (Kosice), from home or hybrid model

THIS IS YOUR PROFILE

• Knowledge of several ICT technologies to work on standard service requests and resolve incidents

• At least 1 year of experience in supporting a FEW of the following technologies is required:

• MS Active Directory, Azure AD

• MS SharePoint

• MS O365

• Exchange 2013/2016 and/or Exchange Online

• Some ITSM ticketing system

• Good English skills... are essential (B2, both in written & spoken)

• You have consistently great customer service skills

• Willingness and ability to learn

• ITIL best practices awareness

• Experience in providing on-site IT support is an advantage

• A University degree in IT area would be of an advantage
