About the role:

Th Assistant Manager Finance (Indonesia and Australia) will join our Regional TabSquare Finance team managing the finance operations of Tabsquare’s Indonesia and Australia entities. The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with a proven track record in managing finance operations.

Scope of Responsibilities
• Responsible for day-to-day finance operations [which includes accounts receivables (billing and collections) and accounts payable (bills processing and payments)]
• Prepare full set of accounts including bank reconciliations, maintaining AR and AP records and other accounting schedules
• Responsible for timely and accurate reporting, including monthly closing, preparation of management reporting packages, statutory reporting, departmental reporting, cost center reporting as well as supporting budgeting and forecasting
• Prepare company tax returns, withholding tax filings, and quarterly VAT reports
• Drive innovation and strive for continuous... improvement of systems and processes
• Liaise closely with stakeholders across different departments in TabSquare and global teams in Delivery Hero as needed
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretary, bankers and relevant external parties
• Take on various other financial projects as required
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned to Finance related areas

Minimum requirement
• Degree holder in Accountancy or related disciplines with professional accountancy qualification such as CPA/CA/ACCA or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in audit, and financial accounting experience
• Able to work independently
• Demonstrable knowledge in statutory reporting requirements and IFRS standards
• User of Quickbooks (or similar accounting systems), and/or SAP will be an advantage
• Proficient in MS Excel and strong analytical abilities, experience with Google Suite is a plus
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal in English and problem-solving skills
• High sense of urgency and customer-centric approach
• Experience in the e-commerce or Software-as-a-Service (“SaaS”) industry a plus
• Strong critical thinking, employs a proactive approach and can-do attitude to problem-solving
• Excellent communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
