About work仕事内容について
Manage in total 2 outlets at the same time (Mall Artha Gading and PIK Avenue)
Manage all Outlet's F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
Preserve each outlet excellent levels of internal and external customer service
Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns
Lead all Outlets Team by training and appraising talented personnel
Work closely with Operational Manager
Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies, and procedures
Provide two-way... communication and nurture an ownership environment with an emphasis on motivation and teamwork
Comply with all health and safety regulations
Report on management regarding sales results and productivity
Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products
Manage restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
Control operational Expenses and identify measures to cut waste
Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
Create Event or Promo for customer to pull Crowd in the Restaurant
Train new and current employees on proper customer service and Culture Standard
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
