Title: Financial and Systems Analyst

Location: Dorval, QC

Reports to: VP Finance and Controller

Travel : Minimal

Our client is the leading distributor of machinery, automotive and industrial equipment and accessories in the Canadian market for nearly 40 years. The company is located in Dorval, Quebec.

From a modern and recently expanded 120,000 square foot warehouse in Montreal, our client ships coast to coast. Employing a knowledgeable and motivated staff, capable of serving the needs of the clients, has been one of the many keys to their success. This is only part of their winning equation, our client also seeks, and has been able to find, highly qualified distribution.

Key Responsibilities:
• All reporting requirements on a monthly and yearly basis.
• Review and analysis of all existing systems (full cycle).
• Source and implement solutions to improve speed and efficiency in closing and communicating month end results.
•... Implementation of cycle counts.
• Inventory costing (backup for person in this position)

Education/Certifications:
• CPA is an asset or equivalent years as a Financial Analyst
• Bilingualism is a significant asset/preferred.

• Vous êtes responsable de l'élaboration de tous les rapports mensuels et annuels.
• Examen et analyse de tous les systèmes existants (cycle complet).
• Rechercher et mettre en œuvre des solutions pour améliorer la rapidité et l'efficacité de la clôture et de la communication des résultats de fin de mois.
• Mise en œuvre des comptages cycliques.
• Établissement des coûts d'inventaire (en remplacement de la personne occupant ce poste)

Formation/certificats :
• CPA est un atout
• Le bilinguisme est un atout important/préféré
