THE ROLE

An Award-Winning firm of Civil/Structural consulting engineers based in Central London (Zone 1) are currently looking to recruit an Associate Structural Engineer to join their business on a permanent basis.

Coming from a technically strong structural engineering background you will have had exposure to working on a wide range of projects spanning various sectors. You will need to be an efficient project deliverer and feel comfortable running project teams of engineers and technicians, but still having the ability to roll up your sleeves and get stuck into technical design where necessary.

THE COMPANY

Our client is looking for this individual to manage existing... relationships with clients, however if they have the ability to bring in work into their business this would be a distinct advantage but not a necessity

Over the last 12 months our client has continued to grow at a rapid rate and have made multiple hires since January 2021. They are now at the stage in their development where the Director needs a second management tier to help them push forward their growth plans.

On a month-by-month basis projects can range from small one-off residential houses, medium size residential and commercial developments right up to 80m refurbishment of retail complexes. With such a variety in projects the successful applicant will not get left bored and will expand their project portfolio knowledge. Being a relatively small to medium size firm (currently at 25 staff) anyone coming from this size practice will be looked on favourably.
