Reporting to the Assistant to the President, the candidate will have
for tasks to support the sales coordinators.

Responsibilities

Coordinate various projects such as:
• Manage inventory of promotional materials, orders and verify receipts
• Administrative support to management
• Responsible for email communications
• Head of media communication social
• Participate in the development of point of sale material, sales sheets and models
Qualifications
•... Experience of at least 5 years in a similar job
• Ability to work in a changing environment
• Bilingual (several group entities are located in Ontario)
• Knowledge of Adobe, Excel and Microsoft suite software
