Position

Position Overview:
• Facilitate the cross-team alignment and lead the sales & operation of client events to align with business strategy
• Drive business for PCD HK and Macau market, continue to reinforce brand's premium positioning and desirability, deliver ultimate luxury client experience through events & experience

Responsibilities:

Events/ Counter promotion Management:

Pre-event Preparation
• Coordinate with Marketing Team, Sales Team, CRM Team, VM Team and field team in the planning & execution of client events
• Coordinate with vendors in POS setup
• Facilitate cross-team discussion & propose on sales targets
• Work with Demand Planner and Logistic Team in stock planning, allocation, and return
• Manage & support the event helpers' team
• Monitor and report competitor activities and relevant industry trends, events, and opportunities

Event On-site Management
• Lead on the field operation during client event to ensure a smooth operation
• Be the key contact person... on-site in terms of operation
• Helpers' team management

Post Event
• Consolidate feedback from field team and follow-up on event ROI, evaluate the effectiveness of all events and prepare report of post event evaluations to related parties
• With leadership from the Managing Director and Marketing Head, identify customer-focused journeys in order to increase loyalty, improve customer retention & reactivation, and drive sales growth
• Analyze, present and findings on customer behavior & trends to advise key business stakeholders on new opportunities to retail, acquire new and re-activate lapsed customers

Profile

Requirements:
• Degree holder with 5+ years experiences in retail operations/event coordination, Beauty OR LUXURY Retail industry is preferred
• Self-motivated, well organized and strong time management skills
• Agile, strong problem solver and solution oriented
• Team oriented with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Keep abreast of the consumer trends and passionate about beauty retail
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Computer Literacy (Excel, Powerpoint, Word
