About the role
The Affiliate Account Manager at Vortex Alpha plays a critical role in driving the success and growth of our affiliate marketing network. As a dedicated liaison between Vortex Alpha and its affiliates, the Affiliate Account Manager is responsible for... cultivating strong relationships, providing exceptional support, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our partners.
• Affiliate Relationship Management:
• Establish and maintain strong working relationships with existing affiliates, offering ongoing support and encouragement to promote our offers
• Proactively identify opportunities to optimize affiliate performance and maximize their revenue generation
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns promptly and professionally
• Onboarding and Support:
• Guide new sign-ups through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and seamless integration into our platform
• Deliver comprehensive training on our analytics tracking platform, internal systems, and processes
• Offer prompt and effective assistance with troubleshooting and problem resolution related to offers or platform usage
• Performance Analysis and Reporting:
• Analyze traffic and performance data from affiliates to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Provide regular updates and reports on affiliate performance to both internal teams and external partners
• Offer Sourcing and Partner Acquisition:
• Identify and source new offers from existing partners to diversify and expand our portfolio
• Establish relationships with new advertising partners, onboarding them onto our platform and fostering long-term collaboration
• Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify new partnership opportunities
• General Administration:
• Perform various administrative tasks, including email correspondence, data entry, and record-keeping
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives
