Associate/Senior Associate – Award-Winning Strategic Consultancy – Soho, London (Hybrid 2 days) - £35k to £50k

They cover different sectors including consumer and B2B, but their healthcare team has been a foundational part of their organisation since the beginning.

• They use market research and insights to provide a consultative approach to clients with their work being 70% research and 30% consultancy
• They work with pharma brands, med devices, OTC, and charities – covering a range of therapy areas including oncology and rare diseases
• They have... a flat hierarchical structure and encourage people at every level to lead projects, have conversations with clients, and lead presentations (all with the right support)

The Role

Our client is now looking for Associates and Senior Associates to join their healthcare team. You will…
• Be involved in the entire research process from the very start, including speaking and presenting to clients, developing your commercial acumen to contribute to business growth, and get trained in consultancy tools
• Be writing proposals, doing quant and qual research, creating insights and being consultative with clients
• Be ensuring the best-in-class quality for your delivery of client work

• Healthcare Market Research Experience (3 years minimum)
• An ambitious person that wants to get stuck-in and understands that our client doesn’t just offer market research insights, but also marketing strategies, implementation plans, commercial decisions and business strategies
• Someone that has strong analytical and moderation skills
• Someone that has experience cross a range of therapy areas
• Has experience or is keen on improving on client contract and management
