FIND are a recruitment business that services the Human Capital market. We recruit in L&D, Education, Technology Training, Consulting and Employability. Why do we do this job? We’re a mission and purpose led recruitment company. We are on a mission to improve the perception of staffing businesses & put customer experience at the forefront. We’re doing a pretty good job so far (we think!) We’re looking to appoint a new FIND-er the squad and hire a trainee recruitment consultant. Our story: We’re fairly new (launched in October 21) but as a founding team, we have bucket loads of experience running staffing businesses. We’re now at 7 heads plus a Non-Exec Director and will be at 10 heads by Dec 2023. We’ve had a great first year- we tripled budget & exceeded our headcount target. • Starting salary of £20,000 - £25,000
• Realistic OTE in year 1 of £35,000 - £45,000 (uncapped)
