DK Recruitment are working with a regional employer of choice to recruit an Internal Recruiter on a FTC (9 Months)

This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator or On boarding Co-coordinator to add to their skillset.

You will have/be

Experience managing the recruitment and compliance process within a health and social care setting

Able to ensure timely and cost-effective recruitment in line with agreed plans

To place & review adverts on advertising platforms

Able to conduct applicant pre-screens, assessing candidate suitability to the role

Ensuring all pre-employment checks are completed.

Process the candidate starter packs, in compliance with CQC regulations.

Managing the applicant experience and building positive relationships

Knowledge of absence management

Monitor new starter’s in their probation period

Experience of leading or coordinating internal recruitment (ideally within an HR... department)

Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point, Publisher) and ability to use HR systems/databases to input and extract data.

Experience of ER case management.
