Recruitment Consultant - £25K (+ Commission) – Manchester/Hybrid

Maxwell Bond are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our busy office on Oxford Road, Manchester. After 2022 saw us move into a brand-new office, sign up more new clients than ever before and record our best quarter, we are looking for a new Consultant to join the DevOps/Cloud team.

With the team at six people, we are looking for an additional member to join the team to work within our DevOps/Cloud division and work on vacancies with existing clients, whilst looking to source their own clients and workload. The ideal candidate will have a sales background, with the hunger and drive to progress within a high performing team.

What we need from you:

· Sales/recruitment experience (6 months to 1 year, beneficial!)

· Self-motivated with a real passion to rapidly grow your career and yourself.

· Evidence of success in a previous venture.

· Locality to Manchester city centre.

What does the job look like?

· You... will join a high performing DevOps/Cloud team, working with some of the most innovative and exciting tech businesses in the UK.

· Generating new leads within DevOps/Cloud and converting these into your own clients.

· Liaising with existing clients to provide staffing solutions.

· Organising and attending tech events within DevOps/Cloud

· Working closely with the Head of DevOps/Cloud to further your skillset.
