With a team of sixteen, led by two experienced Partners who have been working together since 2008, Athos Partners has developed a highly differentiated and hands-on placement approach in which all team members participate in origination, execution and... distribution. This approach has been proven successful in an increasingly competitive environment. In response to the increasing demand for its services, Athos Partners has recently opened its second office, located in the US.
As a result of the increasing demand for its services, Athos Partners is looking to structure the team further and add a part-time Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to handle the entire accounting and administrative aspects of the firm.
Key tasks
The Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant plays a key role managing the accounts, ensuring records are processed and payments are made in a timely manner. This role is an integral part of the overall business and will require the ability to work individually and as part of a team.
This role will be reporting directly to the two Partners.
Responsibilities will cover a broad range of tasks, including:
• Processing records in an accounting software
• Processing expenses
• Processing payroll records
• Processing invoices and payments
• Reviewing ledgers
• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts
• Ad-hoc accounting work
• General administration tasks
Qualifications & skills
Candidates should have prior full-time experience in bookkeeping and have an undergraduate degree in accounting (BTS Comptabilité et gestion, Licence pro Gestion comptable et financière), in addition to:
• Having minimum two years of experience in accounting
• Having strong analytical and numerical skills as well as high attention to detail
• Being organised and proactive
• Having an excellent ability to prioritise tasks and able to work independently
• Having excellent Excel skills
• Having a high level of written and verbal communication skills
• Being fluent in French and English

• Working hours can be flexible by arrangement
• Salary: Market rate
