In this role, you will become a key player in the alignment of all Service & Solutions global key priorities and initiatives with our Sales Divisions Strategies. This includes aligning with all Global Sales Divisional representatives, co-driving the Service & Solutions X – Matrix (Strategy deployment tool) and participating in the Chief Operating Officer (COO) Strategy Community Meetings. Your primary tasks involve but not limited to: Follow up on Global Service Level... Agreements (SLA) with Sales Divisions Support the Regional Service Leadership Teams to deploy content of Global SLA into Regional SLAs. Support the Global Service Leadership Team to deploy the Group Strategy in alignment with the Sales Division Strategy in the Service & Solutions (S&S) organisation Be the Business owner of the Service Customer Satisfaction Survey Be the Business owner of the Sales/Service Leads generator Be an active member of the COO Strategy Community Provide strategic insights to the Global Service Leadership Team What do you need to apply? Degree preferably in a field of Business Administration or Engineering 2-3 years’ experience in the position Intensive knowledge of SAP BW, Power BI Deep familiarity with Microsoft Office Solid English communication skills; both written and verbal Great collaboration skills as you will be working with many different people in our organization Necessary to have a very outgoing, open, and respectful personality Innovative, self-motivated, structured, flexible, ready for quick changes/new tasks, and are explorative Good ability to influence others Self-driven and ambitious personality Ability to pay attention to details, analyse numerical data and all other sources of information You will report directly to Head of Service Strategy Execution in Austria and dotted reporting line to the Global Service& Solutions Director in Italy.
